Suggestions and complaints

While we try hard to provide as good a service as possible, we are aware that sometimes problems can arise. We have a complaints procedure – if you have a complaint or problem about our service then please contact our Practice Manager who will be happy to explain the process. You can also fill in the following form and return it to the practice if you would prefer.
